A Little Fun!

Deb Parent is president of DJP Rightfit Recruiting. Along with her senior recruiter Katlyn Almeida, Rightfit specializes in recruiting for HR leadership, senior and mid-level management positions, accounting, operations roles, for all industries with deep experience in healthcare and food industry.

It had been some time since they updated their last headshots, and wanted more of a professional look that highlighted their expertise and experience. Deb has 30+ years in HR and recruiting so she knows a few things – and her energy and enthusiasm for her work is unbounded. She wanted to show both her and Katlyn’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and care for both their clients and candidates they recruit. These qualities are especially important in today’s job market, with so many open positions chasing a limited pool of candidates.

When businesses work with a recruiting firm, they want to know they’re going to represent their company to potential candidates in the best possible light – the firms are likely the first point of contact those candidates will have for the company. And many candidates will check out the recruiting firm in addition to the business with the job opening (you’re sometimes judged by the company you keep). It’s therefore important that not only the potential employer create a positive first impression, but the recruiting firm does as well. This among other reasons is why Rightfit decided to update their headshots.

They are a team – and we couldn’t resist doing some team photos, including a fun one (“the blues sisters”? – OK, we’re missing the hats!).
