Headshots and How You're Perceived

How do you want to be perceived? If you're on LinkedIn, you likely want to be perceived as professional, competent, and approachable. When someone visits your LinkedIn profile, the first thing they will see is your profile picture - and that creates an immediate first impression (in as little as 80msec!). As they read your profile, that first impression persists, acting as a type of filter thru which they digest your background and experience. That's why having a professionally done headshot that creates the impression you want to create is so important.
